I kindly ask for your patience
—I work on commissions in order of how complex they are.
—I'll do my best to complete your commission within 4-5 weeks.
—Note: You are not the only client I have, so completion time may vary.Revisions may/may not require additional charge
—Any small changes that you’d like during the process are free.
— I will charge extra for any major changes after the sketch. Make sure to be clear about what you want before I move on to the crucial steps.I send invoices for payments through PayPal once negotiations have been settled.
—I will not start working until you have paid the full amount upfront.
—For clients with projects that are over $200, you must provide a minimum of 50% down payment before I can begin. Pay the remaining amount after I send you the final illustration.All commissions are NOT to be used commercially
—Personal use is permitted. As long as you're not profiting from it, then it's alright. Ex. banner, profile pic, background.DISCLAIMERS
—Once negotiations have been made and paid for, there will be no refunds.
—I can decline/cancel a commission by any means necessary. If this is the case, I will return your money accordingly.
My work flow
The client fills out the commission form. Upon submission, the client will wait a maximum of 48 hours before they receive an email from me.
We will go over the details and discuss if whether the project is possible for me or not.
Once we have come to agreement, I will ask for the client's PayPal address so I can send an invoice. If the payment is not made within 3 days, the client will risk losing their slot.
After the client pays for their invoice, I will begin working. They will receive updates for each stage. That includes: sketches, lines, color schemes etc.
I will send an email for approval of the final piece. Upon approval, the client will receive their product via Google Drive/Email.
The client may upload on social media and use the art. Unless specifically asked not to, I will upload in batches with other commissions.
